A : PRODUCT RETURNS POLICY
KGE will gladly exchange or refund any new product in its original packaging within a 15-day delay after purchase,
All returned items must be in their intact condition, not have been used and include all accessories, packaging, instruction manuals, etc.
20% restocking fees apply to returned items in cases of missing or dammaged packaging.
Returned items without a receipt will be refunded with an exchange or a store credit, to our discretion.
KGE will allow an exchange or store credit for a product purchased within 15 and 30 days of the return.
All items purchased with a store credit, gift certificate ro gift card can be refunded by a store credit.
KGE reserves the right to limit ro refuse the return of certain items at any time and for any reason.
Some manufacturers can ask for a faulty item to be directly returned for repair or replacement. In that case, KGE is limitted by the manufacturer's warranty and has to abide.

A : Yes, gift certificates are available at KGE. Come in store to obtain a gift certificate of the amount of your choice.
