You wish to return an item bought at KGE?
Only items in their original, sealed packaging for which you have a receipt may be eligible for a refund within 15 days of the date of purchase*.
Items that are opened or do not have a seal on the packaging, are damaged or are not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. The maximum time frame for an exchange is 30 days.
All returns are subject to approval.
Please note that for online purchases, shipping charges are not refundable. Also, if you wish to return an item, shipping charges are at your expense unless otherwise noted.
Some items cannot be returned including but not limited to:
-headphones
-batteries
-speakers
-antennas
-tools
-electrical or electronic equipment that has been installed / used
-audio/video converters
-adhesives
-chemical products
-some audio products
-microphones
-measuring devices
KGE honors legal guarantees. We will replace any faulty product within the first 30 days of your in-store purchase or within 30 days of the date of delivery in the case of an online purchase (with some exceptions). In some cases, manufacturers require that any defective product be sent to them before being replaced. In these cases, KGE is limited by and must abide by the manufacturer's warranty. In the event that the product has been damaged by improper use or misuse, a fee may be charged to repair the product. These costs are then charged to the consumer.

Yes, it is now possible to buy some products online.
When an "Add to Cart" button is on the product page, you can buy it online by clicking the button. If no "Add to Cart" button is present on the product page, this product is not for sale online for the moment. However, updates are made frequently, and more and more products will be available online. Check our website often to enjoy these new changes.
Internet sales are limited only in Canada for the moment. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, gift certificates are available at KGE. Come in store to obtain a gift certificate of the amount of your choice.
