The KGE warranty applies only if requested within 30 days of product shipping. An RMA number is mandatory in order to be eligible for this warranty. Please contact us by email or by phone to obtain an RMA number (refer to the Contact section for our contact information). The decision of whether a return or exchange will take place is at KGE's discretion.

In the case of a return or exchange, the transport fees are paid by the customer. EXCEPTION: If the wrong product is sent by mistake, KGE assumes the transport fees to replace the product, as long as the customer provides a proof that KGE is at fault (for example, the customer takes a picture of the product sent by mistake).

If the 30 day deadline is passed, the manufacturer's warranty applies. Please contact the product manufacturer for any questions or concerns.

In the case of a defective product, KGE will test the product in store in order to confirm that the product is indeed defective. In that case, a KGE gift card of the product value will be offered to the customer.
